Topic:-वाच्य और उसके प्रकार

वाच्यः-वाक्य में प्रयुक्त क्रिया रूप कर्ता, कर्म या भाव किसके अनुसार प्रयुक्त हुआ है, इसका बोध कराने वाले कारकों को वाच्य कहते हैं।

वाच्य के प्रकारः- वाच्य तीन प्रकार के होते है

1.कत्र्तृवाच्य 2.कर्मवाच्य 3.भाववाच्य

1.कत्र्तृवाच्य:- जब वाच्य मे प्र्रयुक्त क्रिया का सीधा और प्रधान सम्बन्ध कत्र्ता से होता है, अर्थात् क्रिया के लिंग, वचन कत्र्ता के अनुसार प्रयुक्त होते हैं, उसे कत्र्तृवाच्य कहते है।

जैसेः- लड़का दूध पीता है। वाक्य में पीता है। क्रिया कर्ता लडका के अनुसार पुल्लिंग एकवचन की है।

2.कर्मवाच्यः- जब वाक्य में प्रयुक्त क्रिया का सीधा सम्बन्ध वाक्य में प्रयुक्त कर्म से होता है अर्थात् क्रिया के लिंग, वचन कर्ता के अनुसार ने होकर कर्म के अनुसार होते है। उसे कर्मवाच्य कहते है।

नोटः- कर्मवाच्य में क्रिया सकर्मक होती है

जैसेः- राम ने चाय पी। , सीता ने दूध पीया। 

उपर्युक्त प्रथम वाक्य में क्रिया पी स्त्रीलिंग एक वचन है जो वाक्य में प्रयुक्त कर्म चाय जो कि स्त्रीलिंग एकवचन है , के अनुसार आयी है।

कर्मवाच्य की दो स्थितियाँ होती हैं-

कर्तायुक्त कर्मवाच्य और कर्ता रहित कर्मवाच्य

1.कर्तायुक्त कर्मवाच्यः- जब वाक्य में कर्ता विद्यमान हो तो वह तिर्यक कारक की स्थिति में होगा अर्थात् कर्ता कारक चिन्ह, विभक्ति युक्त होगा तथा ऐसी स्थिति में क्रिया बीते समय की यानी भूतकालिक होगी।

जैसे - नरेन्द्र ने मिठाई खाई। रोजी ने दूध पीया।

2. कर्ता रहित कर्मवाच्यः- कर्ता रहित कर्मवाच्य की स्थिति में वाक्य में प्रयुक्त कर्म ही प्रत्यक्ष कर्ता के रूप में प्रयुक्त होता है। ऐसी स्थिति में क्रिया संयुक्त होती है।

जैसेः-एक ओर अध्ययन हो रहा था, दूसरी ओर मैच चल रहा था। जबकि क्रिया की पूर्णता की स्थिति में क्रिया पद के गठन में आ। ई। ए मुख्यधातु में न जुड़कर उसके तुरन्त बाद में
प्रयुक्त सहायक धातु में जुड़ते है। जैसे अन्थेनी की घड़ी चुराली गई चोर पकड़ लिए गए। 


3. भाववाच्यः- जब वाक्य में प्रयुक्त क्रिया न तो कर्ता के अनुसार होती है, न कर्म के अनुसार, बल्कि असमर्थता के भाव के साथ वहाँ भाववाच्य होता है।

जैसेः- आंखों में दर्द के कारण मुझ से पढ़ा नहिं जाता। इस स्थिति में अकर्मक क्रिया का ही प्रयोग भाव वाच्य में होता है।

भाववाच्य की एक अन्य स्थिति यह भी है कि यदि क्रिया सकर्मक हो तथा कर्ता और कर्म दोनों तिर्यक हों तो क्रिया सदैव पुल्लिंग, अन्यपुरूष, एकवचन, भूतकाल की होगी। 

जैसेः- राम ने रावण को मारा।
लड़कियों ने लड़को को पीटा।

दोस्तो जैसा की आपको पता होगा की आज राजस्थान पब्लिक सर्विस कमिशन की लिपीक ग्रेड-2 भर्ती की हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई थी। तो आज दिन में काफी न्यूज चैनल ,फेसबुक और वाट्सअप से आपको पता चल हि गया होगा की कुछ प्रश्नों पर एक्सपर्ट कमेटि की राय के बाद अगर उन प्रश्नों में चेंज होता है तो परिणाम वापस निकालने को कहा गया है तो अभी हमारे पास इसके आर्डर की काॅपी आगयी है तो मै आपको इसको हिंदी में समझाता हूं

आर्डर काॅपी के हिसाब से तीन प्रश्न विज्ञान के क्रमशः प्रश्न सं.65,68 व 74 और एक प्रश्न गणित का प्रश्न सं.144 की जांच बिट्स पिलानी के विशय विशेषज्ञो कि कमेटि से कराये जाने को कहा गया है,और पेनल को इसकी रिर्पोट आर्डर काॅपी मिलने के बाद तीन दिन में अपनी रिर्पोट आयोग को देनी होगी। और आयोग को इस रिर्पोट की काॅपी मिलने के तीन दिन में इसको अपनी साईट पर डालना होगा।

आर्डर में यह कहा गया है की अगर उक्त प्रश्नों में कुछ परिवर्तन आत है तो , आयोग को द्वितीय फेज की टाईपिंग परिक्षा से पहले रिवाईज रिजल्ट तैयार करना होगा यदि और अगर आयोग चाहे तो टाईपिंग परिक्षा की तिथी भी आगे बढा सकता है
तो ऐसे में अब आरपीएससी ही तय करेगी की द्वितीय फेज की टाईपिंग परिक्षा यथसमय कराई जाये या नहिं क्योंकि अभी आरपीएससी के पास 12 दिन शेष है
